    The Yellow Springs Experience, an Immersion in Arts & Culture embodying learning, nature, wellness, and the arts will run from July 9 through 18. Visitors can hone their acting skills, learn to throw pots, walk in Glen Helen, invigorate their bodies and get feedback on their fiction during the Experience.

  • Yoga on the Axis

    Aligning our bodies to be “on the axis” means we are aligned with the force of gravity pulling through us. By finding Balanced alignment first you will find a new realm of awareness in your yoga practice.

    Prerequisite for this workshop is minimum of six weeks or a previous workshop with with Mary.

    Vincenzia Krymow will read meditations and excerpts from her books “Mary’s Flowers,Legends, and Meditations” and “Healing Plants of the Bible: History, Lore and Meditations.” All are welcome, writers and listeners alike.
