2015 Clifton Gorge Music and Arts Festival

The 2015 Clifton Gorge Music and Arts Festival will be Friday, August 28th-Saturday, August 29th.
A three day festival celebrating our local musicians and artisans. Join us for some great musical performances, great shopping and fabulous festival food. Also tour our beautiful Clifton Opera House, built in 1893.

Music line-up

Fire House Friends 4-5 p.m.
Local emergency first responders who have been singing together for roughly 25 years play a variety of music, including gospel, southern, and country

Meg Renee 5-6 p.m.
Local singer/songwriter performs her original music influenced by pop, folk, blues

Raggedy Edge
6-7 p.m.
From Big Band, classic country, and rock to new adult contemporary songs

The Hoppers 7-9 p.m.
Six-piece rock and roll band from Yellow Springs performs high-energy renditions of your favorites from the ’50s and ’60s

Travis Williams Band 9:30-11 p.m.
Country favorites along with original rock & southern music. The band was ranked in the top 15 for Dayton’s Top Local Bands.


Saturday, August 29

Eddie Rowe 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
A wide repertoire of songs played on his acoustic 12-string guitar, including rock, pop, blues and more.

Ty Cooper 1-2 p.m.
Singer/songwriter from Pitchin, OH, writes and performs Americana, folk, and alternate country music.

Kyle Elderidge 2-3 p.m.
Western swing, rockabilly, pop punk, and folk music bring back long-lost musical traditions of early to mid 20th Century Americana

Urban Station 3-4 p.m.
High-energy blend of Classic Rock, Country Rock and Blues, delighting both young and old!

91 Charlie 4-5 p.m.
All US military veterans, the group plays a wide range of music including country and classic rock.

Controversy for Breakfast 5-6:30 p.m.
A “bluegrass-ish” band from Xenia, OH, plays music with a unique, aggressive, country sound.

Wyatt McCubbin 7-9 p.m.
An up-and-coming country music singer and songwriter with a mature voice beyond his 20 years of age. Wyatt has opened up for greats like Merle Haggard & George Jones, playing with an outlaw spirit and a passion to keep country alive.

Soul Fire Tribe (Fire Dancers) 9-9:30 p.m.
A fire dance performance group from Yellow Springs. The show is captivating and fun for all ages.

Spanish Tony Sanchez 9:30-11 p.m.
Blends of sounds representing diverse personalities and musical influences for a sound like no other that makes you boogie and headbang, often in the same song!
