Local musician David Schumacher will perform compositions of original music that he recorded with his brother, Carl Schumacher. “First Thought, Best Thought” was recorded on one stereo track, in one take, with no editing. In all but two songs, the rich layers of sound are played on one instrument, the slide guitar. David says, “These are not perfect pieces but exemplify the creative process. The intention is to give a performance of these works to raise enough money to copy and make this music available. I appreciate your support and donations. I hope to see you there!”
