Wednesday, March 11, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

We will be tasting the five delicious estate Malbecs and Cabernet Sauvignons from Allamand Bodegas in Mendoza, Argentina. Martin Castro, the Vineyard Manager of the estate will be present to talk about the wines and the winemaking philosophy of Bodegas Allamand.

Patrick Sartin, from Harvest Mobile Cuisine, has designed a small plates menu to pair with Allamand’s wines. The menu consists of seared lamb, grilled steak, chi pea popcorn, quinoa bites, eggplant dip, and butternut squash.
