Sponsored in part by an award from the Ohio Arts Council, Off the Wall is produced in partnership with the Springfield Museum of Art and curated by Ara G. Beal. Off the Wall is an exploration of the intersection between performance and visual art. Youth performers will create individual pieces in response to the art on display in the galleries of the museum. Since these pieces will be created by the performers, it’s hard to know what’s in store, but the performances will provide a more intimate, ‘off-the-wall’ audience experience. It’ll be a ‘choose your own performance’ kind of night! 

Performances are July 30^th and 31^st, with showings at 2:00pm, 2:30pm, and 3:00pm. Plan on spending roughly 30 minutes with the art.
All performances are in the galleries of the Springfield Museum of Art, 107 Cliff Park Road, Springfield, Ohio.
Limited tickets are available at the door and are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Tickets include gallery admission.
