Sewing 101: Mending for ages 18+ will be held at Yellow Springs Community Library on Sun., Mar. 4, from 2-4 p.m. Learn hand-stitching to mend your clothing, repair missing buttons, and sew popped seams with Jesy Anderson of Needle, Ink and Thread. We will even have some sewing machines available for you to try out and learn very basic sewing. Being able to perform basic mending will save you time and money. If there is time, we will cover basic hemming as well. Registration required. Call 352-4003.
