Sweet Trap: the effects of sugar on our mind and body for ages 18+ will be
held at the Yellow Springs Community Library on Sat., Apr. 4, from 1-3 p.m.
Vanessa Friday helps you get healthy! Learn about the effects of sugar on
your body, how to identify hidden refined sugar in common foods, and sample
tasty alternatives to cut down on sugar for life. Registration required.
