Is education a crime?

Iran’s government stops Baha’is, Iran’s largest religious minority, from teaching or studying at public universities. But they do teach. And they do study. A documentary film by human rights activist Maziar Bahari, subject of Jon Stewart’s documentary “Rosewater”, tells the story of the Baha’is of Iran and their resilient response. With the creation of the Baha’i Institute of Higher Education to the cruel deprivations they continue to endure at the hands of the Iranian regime.
