Young women and teens are invited to spend an afternoon of empowerment focusing on mind, body and heart. Bethany offers techniques for meeting the unique challenges that young women face, using yoga and exploring each woman’s strengths and positive qualities. Teens do not need to have experience doing yoga. Please pre-register to hold your spot. $35.
