Youth Yoga and Mindfulness Sundays
The pressures of growing up in a fast-paced world do not allow our youth the opportunity to slow down. Our youth ministry brings the therapeutic and healing benefits of yoga and mindfulness to our youth.
Eden Foster will be teaching basic yoga positions combined with creative and practical mindfulness tools to use in daily life.
Youth may join these classes at anytime.
2nd and 4th Sunday of each month at 11:00 am
