We brewed a Belgian Tripel in early 2019 and put half of the batch into Cabernet Sauvignon barrels and the other half into Chardonnay barrels. Over time it developed beautifully into two different elegant beers that will fill your senses with a complex array of flavors and aromas. Our hope is that while joyfully quaffing this ale, you will take pause and relish the idea of living each day with passion and purpose. Try to find a peaceful moment within the Silent Dawn.
