Curves is a locally owned and operated fitness franchise featuring (but not limited to!) a 30-minute total body workout. With our fast, fun, safe, supervised workouts and expansive open hours, we are both congenial and convenient. Although Curves is designed for women, we currently offer co-ed "Silver Sneakers" classes as an approved facility where men and women with health insurance coverage may workout for free. Our new "Zumba Fitness in the Curves Circuit" classes meet regularly with other special workshops offered periodically.
