They mention the smell of wood as you work with it, the beauty of it’s grain, where the wood came from, is it found wood, reclaimed wood, scrap wood, wood that would be used for firewood. the history of the wood is important, the creativity it takes to make something gorgeous out of it, the usefulness of what you make, the artists that influenced them and the story of how they came to love working with wood.
