Balloon Sculpting Workshop for ages 7+ will be held at Yellow Springs Community Library on Tue., Jul. 17, from 1-2 p.m. Lea Craine is back this year for more balloon sculpting “how to.” Each child will learn the balloon twisting basics and will make and take home several creations.
