Views of the Village
Artist Reception: Friday, January 9, 2015
Village Artisans Gallery
6-8 p.m.
Please join us for the opening reception of our art exhibition, Views of the Village: a unique look at Yellow Springs. This collection of art pieces was created by my art class, Advanced/AP Studio Art.

This exhibit is part of our PBL project. In this project, we hope to:
–take on the role of professional artists
–create high quality artwork
–work together to create a successful and professional exhibition
–sell our art products at a profit

Our exhibition was accepted at Village Artisans after we formally presented our work and exhibition plan to voting members of the gallery. To prepare for this, we got feedback on our work and ideas from members of the Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce, Urban Handmade, and several local artists.

Our final step is to host a successful opening reception! We hope you can help us meet his goal by attending and spreading the word. The opening reception will be January 9, 2015, at Village Artisans, from 6-8 pm. We hope to see you there!
