The Coretta Scott King Center at Antioch College is a community resource designed to promote the conditions on campus for multiculturalism, anti-racism, and engagement with issues of power and privilege to educate faculty, staff and students towards an inclusive community. Coretta Scott King, an Antioch College alumna, granted the College the use of her name for a specific curriculum and program that would provide education, awareness and advocacy around issues of social justice and diversity. The Coretta Scott King Center for Cultural and Intellectual Freedom was the result of her gracious gift. It opened on March 27, 2007.
