The Stratford Festival, formerly known as the Stratford Shakespearean and then Shakespeare Festival, is an internationally recognized annual celebration of theatre running from April to October in the Canadian city of Stratford, Ontario. It is North America’s largest classical repertory theatre, presenting the works of William Shakespeare and other great writers.
