Bird Language Wednesday Walk and Sit Spot Join this ongoing outdoor meditation practice, staying united and connected to other humans through deep nature connection and the birds! Each month, nature mentor Emily Foubert will guide the group in exercises to deepen our relationship with the birds, animals, and land. You will be invited to carry a bird language prompt into a solo meditation on the land, called a ‘sit spot’. After returning from your individual sits, the group will collectively tell the story of the sit spot through mapping, writing, and story-telling. No perfection or birding experience is required. All abilities welcome. Ages 10+. Meet in front of the barn promptly at 5:00pm. Dress for the weather. Registration required. Questions? Please email Emily at Emilyfoubert@communitysolution.org |
