Free

Jordan-born Jumana Snow, a current Antioch College Miller Fellow, will enlighten visitors on all things Middle Eastern on Friday, June 26, at the Yellow Springs Arts Council Gallery.

Snow will be presenting 50 images of the country during this one-night event. “I am extremely excited at the prospect of being able to bring my culture and the beauty of Jordan to the people of Yellow Springs,” said Snow in a recent interview for the Dayton Daily News. “It is a great opportunity to better see that life in the Middle East is exciting and diverse.”

Snow’s lecture will include aspects of living in Jordan and the major differences in the school systems and culture of the Middle East and America.

Enjoy a welcoming cup of Turkish coffee with wonderful treats to sample.
