The Yellow Springs Senior Center will be hosting two presentations by Decide to be Heard.org (DTBH). DTBH facilitates structured conversations to assist in the completion of Advance Directives, which legally documents your medical choices and designates someone to speak on your behalf, if you become unable to speak for yourself, regarding your care. Presentations will be held on the evenings of May 6 & May 20. Facilitated appointments will be available throughout the month of May. All of these presentations and appointments are free and open to the public. Please call to reserve your spot.
