Yellow Springs End-of-Life Community Forum will meet on Monday, October 13 at 7 p.m.

There will be a planning meeting for the End-of-Life Community Forum and a brief overview of the World Conference on Death with Dignity meeting that took place in Chicago in mid-September.

The End-of-Life Community Forum has been meeting monthly in Yellow Springs for over a year as a service to the community. All interested persons of any age who are interested in learning more about end-of-life issues are welcome to attend. Topics include Living Wills, Advance Directives, Palliative Care, Death with Dignity, Do Not Resuscitate Orders (DNR) and much more. The meetings are open and free to the public. Please join us!
