Food Fermentation Workshop with Beth Bridgeman

Fermentation is fun. In this three-hour workshop, participants will make their own sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, and amazake. Masks required. Social distance will be observed. Class will take place in the airy, spacious barn at Agraria. $40. Limit 8 participants.
