House of AUM will be offering FREE yoga classes from Tuesday, October 11th to Sunday, October 16th! In this community outreach offering, owners Melissa Herzog & Stephanie York along with the eight teachers who regularly teach at AUM, hope to spread the practice of yoga to as many bodies as they possibly can. The AUM community as it stands is comprised of men and women of all ages that come to their mats for various reasons; to connect within a community, to heal from past traumas, to strengthen and tone their bodies, to release stress and anxiety, to increase flexibility and to build self awareness. The House of AUM community would like to share the benefits of starting a practice and joining a dedicated yoga community through the 15 free classes they will be offering on their schedule during this time.
