Learning How To Fall

An event every month that begins at 2:45 pm on day Second of the month, repeating until February 22, 2016
A “falling” class (which is actually a “landing” class) will be held on Mondays, Jan 11 and Feb 8 and 22, 2:45-4:45pm, in the Senior Center Great Room. The class will be taught by Chino Almanzar, who has martial arts training and experience teaching the correct way to fall.
Cost is by donation for seniors 60 and older, and $75 per session for all others.
