Red Scarf Project will be held at the Yellow Springs Community Library on Sat., Nov. 21, from 2-3:30 p.m. Join us to make a red scarf for Foster Care To Success, which sends Valentine’s care packages to college students who aged out of foster care. We will provide the guidelines at the meeting.
