Join us on Saturday, June 28, 4-5 p.m. for a self defense workshop.
Taught by Women for Women, this workshop will lead to a new understanding of self-defense and personal protection in an unpredictable world. All bodies welcome.
The mission is to have the tools, both physical and psychological, to be safe when something goes wrong. The goal is to live happy, fulfilled lives.
Fee: $12. Bring a daughter, niece or granddaughter for half price.
