Together we will create sacred space, weaving Hatha Yoga, the Koshas, Pranayama, relaxation, breathing, and meditation in enjoyably-paced classes. Lilias Folan (Swami Kavitananda), ERYT 500 RYT 500, PBS Host and Author of Lilias! Yoga — Enhancing Body, Mind and Spirit Midlife and Beyond (Skyhorse 2011) is recognized as the “First Lady of Yoga” since her ground breaking 1972 PBS television series, “Lilias! Yoga and You”. Lilias is regarded as one of America’s most knowledgeable and beloved Master Yoga teachers. Steeped in many different yoga traditions, in recent years Lilias relies strongly on her own personal experience and intuition to influence her.

Times: 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 3-5 p.m.
Location: John Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, OH 45387
Cost: $125. Please send in full payment with your registration. A $50 non-refundable cancellation fee is included in the cost.

Refunds: Payment will be refunded less the $50 non-refundable portion if a request is received in writing before November 6. No refunds after November 6 unless someone can take your place.

NOTE: This workshop is eligible for Yoga Alliance CE credits.
