Presenters: Jay Feldman, Executive Director of Beyond Pesticides and Chip Osborne,

This all day workshop will educate public and private landscapers in the region
in organic landscape practices. Nationally renowned organic turf care expert
Chip Osborne will conduct the training, which is open to all land care
practitioners free of charge.

The event will focus on transitioning conventionally managed landscapes to a
‘natural systems approach’ focused on soil biology, organic inputs and
beneficial cultural practices.’ Attendees will learn cutting edge approaches to
land care that eliminate the need for toxic pesticides in pest and weed
management.
