Winter Wealth and Wellness with Andrew Brody for ages 18+ will be held at Yellow Springs Community Library on Tue., Dec. 17, from 6-7:30 p.m. As the winter solstice approaches, personal fitness trainer Andrew Brody will provide inspiration to combat the “winter blues.” Indoor and outdoor physical exercise, cognitive and sensory activity outlets, balancing holiday expectations to everyday life, and nutritional factors will be the primary areas explored.
