 Come and enjoy a yoga weekend in Yellow Springs. Following Lilias’ Day of Celebration Yoga Retreat on Saturday, December 6, we will teach a morning workshop on Sunday. Yoga Explorations is an organic, internal and intuitive approach which encourages opening and cleansing energy channels, accessing core energy, and releasing holding patterns, helping you to feel balanced, energized and refreshed.

 Our workshop will be focused on creating more space, fluidity, and ease of movement invited by breath, imagery, and guided movements. We will explore Asana From The Inside Out; medtiation and breathing techniques; restorative poses; and a Free Form Chapter, where we put on a music playlist and invite you to be Guided From Within to practice what you feel inspired to do.
