Glen Helen presents:
PROJECT PHOENIX WORKSHOP

Calling artists of all mediums! Based upon the idea that art influences change, join us for a 3-day workshop where artists of all stylistic backgrounds will collaborate and create for the sake of advocacy. Our subject of focus is climate action and climate justice.

Thursday, April 16th, 6:30-9pm, convene for an overview and inspiration session. Return Friday evening at 6:30 for 30 hours of motivation exercises and artistic creation.

Basic overnight participant accommodations available.

The workshop will culminate at 3pm, on Saturday, April 18, with a public showcase of works created in this intensive workshop.

Project Phoenix Showcase will be Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. $5 donation at the door. Open to the public.

Limited to 20 artists. Dance, spoken word, and visual artists encouraged to participate. $25 meal fee provides dinner, light snacks, and breakfast. For information or to apply, contact tspencer@glenhelen.org by March 15.
