If you or anyone you know does not yet have a living will, health-care power of attorney, financial power of attorney, and last will and testament, here is a great opportunity to fix that. On Monday, November 10 at the Yellow Springs Senior Center at 6:45 p.m., an attorney from the area will explain all of these documents. You will leave with everything you need to complete them on your own. However, if you want help filling out the documents, there will be a clinic, with local lawyers, on Thursday, November 13 also at the Senior Center. Clinic will run between 2 and 8 PM and you will need to sign up for an appointment. You do not need to register for the Monday session. It is all free. This is a collaboration between the Yellow Springs Senior Center, local attorneys, and LAWO.
