Red Scarf Project for ages 18+ will be held at the Yellow Springs Community Library on Thu., Nov. 3, 10, 17, from 6-8 p.m. Join us to make a red scarf for Foster Care To Success, which sends Valentine’s care packages to college students who aged out of foster care.
